After several weeks of testing, the new Microsoft Store on Xbox has been deemed ready for official release. Today, Xbox announced that the new Microsoft Store on Xbox is rolling out to everyone, bringing all Xbox gamers a fresher, considerably faster interface in which to buy games, movies, and more from one location. The China market isn't getting the new Store quite yet, but it should be coming by the end of the month.

The new Microsoft Store on Xbox loads signficantly faster than the previous Store, up to 2x according to Xbox, and features an all-new design language with updated animations, typography, iconography, rounded corners, and in general a completely different layout. Overall the Store feels like a huge improvement, and seems more reliable and easier to get around. And this new Store is optimized for the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, and should run even better on Microsoft's next-gen consoles, which launch November 10, 2020.
