Rainbow Six Siege free 'Holiday Pack' unlocks one random DLC Operator

Updated December 23, 2019: Rainbow Six Siege's Holiday Pack has returned for 2019.

Ubisoft has rolled out a surprise gift on Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, granting a limited-time "Holiday Pack" when logging in over the festive season. This one-time pack permanently unlocks a random Operator from the existing DLC lineup, spanning all three years of post-launch content.

Starting Rainbow Six Siege automatically grants the Holiday Pack, redeemable via the in-game menu. Gifting one unowned Operator, it's a welcome gesture for those yet to complete the full post-launch roster. And for those sporting the full lineup, the Holiday Pack can be converted into 25,000 bonus Renown currency. However, as of publication, this conversion appears to be glitched.

To access your Rainbow Six Siege Holiday Pack, log in from December 24 to January 1, 2019. This pack is available to all Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC players.

For those returning to Rainbow Six Siege, Operation Wind Bastion is the game's latest update to make its debut. Packing two playable Operators, the "Fortress" multiplayer map, and various gameplay refinements, it's a strong finale ahead of Year 4 in 2019.
