Echo's primary fire ability is Tri-Shot, a ranged ability where three projectiles are fired from her hand in a triangle formation. This is how Echo will do most of her damage in combat. Her second ability is her Sticky Bombs, which are a small group of explosive bombs that attach to the first thing they hit (including players) and explode for high damage. Another of Echo's abilities is Focusing Beam, which is a beam attack that does low damage to high-health players but does quadruple damage to targets who are below half health. As a mobility and escape tool, Echo can also use an ability called Flight that allows her to soar into the air for a few seconds, similar to Pharah. Unlike Pharah, though, Echo can only stay airborne for a short while. Echo's Ultimate, though, is where the real fun begins.

With her Ultimate ability Duplicate, Echo can mimic a hero from the other team and become them for several seconds. While in this state, Ultimate energy generation is extremely increased; this allows players to become a hero the enemy is using and then quickly build up an Ultimate to use. Duplicate is a crazy neat idea for an Ultimate, and it will be interesting to see how impactful it will be in matches.

Overall, I think Echo's abilities are awesome and it will be a ton of fun to see how she plays in competitive-level game modes where excellent players can maximize her potential.

What do you think of Echo's abilities? Are you going to play on the PTR to test her? Let me know. Overwatch is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
