Animus Control Panel lets players mod Assassin's Creed Origins on PC

PC games are known for their mods and Assassin's Creed Origins is no different. Soon, Ubisoft will release an update for the acclaimed title on PC which adds the Animus Control Panel. The Animus Control Panel lets you to alter the game and considerably expand upon its foundations.

The Animus Control Panel allows players to modify around seventy different parameters to customize their gameplay in Assassin's Creed Origins. The new feature will be available as a free update for PC players on April 19, 2018. For example, it includes the ability to play as different characters, make your attacks stronger, drain more stamina, or even enter "God Mode" which makes you invincible.

It's a shame that the Animus Control Panel isn't available on consoles because developers like Bethesda offer mods for games like Fallout 4 and Skyrim: Special Edition on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

If you haven't played Assassin's Creed Origins yet, be sure to check it out at retailers. The game takes place in Ancient Egypt, a land of majesty and intrigue, but one which is quickly disappearing in a ruthless fight for power. You play as Bayek, the first Assassin, who must unveil dark secrets and forgotten myths as you go back to the one founding moment: the origins of the Assassin's Brotherhood. The best part is that it runs at native 4K on Xbox One X!
