Forza Motorsport 7 demo now available alongside intense launch trailer

The Forza Motorsport 7 demo is now available on Xbox One and Windows 10, giving players a chance to check out the game ahead of its September 29 launch. As if that weren't enough, Microsoft and developer Turn 10 Studios have also released an intense launch trailer for the game, which you can check out above.

Whether you're new to the Forza franchise or are a veteran that wants to get a taste of the action, it sounds like the demo with have some solid content available. In all, the demo will showcase three different experience, including driving the Porsche 911 GT2 RS cover car on the Dubai circuit, piloting a Mercedes-Benz Tankpool racing truck around the Mugello circuit in Italy, or racing the Nissan NISMO GT-R LM around the Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit.

Forza Motorsport 7 is set to launch for everyone on October 3, but Ultimate Edition buyers can dive in a little earlier on September 29. The game features a roster of more than 700 cars and a large number of major tracks from around the world. On top of that, Forza 7 will be Xbox One X enhanced, tapping into the console's extra horsepower for boosted visuals and 4K resolution. All of that comes at a cost, however, as the game will weigh in at nearly 100GB without 4K textures — so you'll want to prepare your hard drive accordingly.
