What you need to know

  • Endzone: A World Apart is a city-building survival game developed by Gentlymad Studios.
  • The latest update is adding two new buildings: a Decontamination Post and a Mine.
  • There's also additional Side Missions and Expeditions.

The next update for city-building game Endzone: A World Apart is here. Titled the Radiation update, it's appropriately focused on disposing of radiation and making life just a bit more pleasant.

Two major buildings are introduced with this update: the Decontamination Post and the Mine. As you might expect, the Decontamination Post is used to produce decontamination kits to clean up food supplies, while the Mine is used for mining coal and iodine. Gathering coal from a mine is far more efficient than a kiln, while iodine can be processed into iodine tablets for defence against radiation. You can check out the trailer for the Radiation update below.

There's also some new Expeditions and Side Missions that are introduced with this update, so players will have even more to do.

Endzone: A World Apart is still in early access but the developers at Gentlymad Studios have been providing a constant flow of updates. For more on Endzone: A World Apart, you can check out the previous update, which was all about new technology and dangerous irradiated rain. You can also see our prior preview coverage right here.
