Medieval cemetery simulator 'Graveyard Keeper' joins Xbox Game Pass

According to developer Lazy Bear Games, Graveyard Keeper is the most inaccurate medieval cemetery management simulator of the year. Players build and manage their own graveyard while finding shortcuts to cut costs, expand into entertainment with witch-burning festivals, and scare nearby villagers into attending church. In many ways it's like a business simulator but you can commit absolutely horrendous crimes like throwing corpses into the river to save plots.

Many expected the game to simply launch on Xbox One today for $19.99, but it's also part of Xbox Game Pass. Subscribers can play Graveyard Keeper, and many other games, at no additional cost other than their $9.99 monthly subscription. Be sure to check out the service if you want a Netflix-style membership for games. Unlike competing products, the titles download to your system so there's no streaming involved. Consumers don't have to worry about image quality of lag.
