The ID@Xbox games showcase on March 26, 2021, featured dozens of indie games from a wide variety of publishers. The event may not have been filled with massive "AAA" game announcements, but passionate indie developers revealed updates and new trailers for over 80 new games. Many of these games are heading to Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and PC. Even better, Microsoft confirmed over 20 new titles heading to Xbox Game Pass day one for subscribers.

To ensure you didn't miss a thing, here's everything that was announced at the ID@Xbox games showcase, including the biggest announcements, a list of every game shown, and every game confirmed for Xbox Game Pass:

All the biggest announcements at the ID@Xbox showcase

We put together the most significant announcements and most exciting games from the ID@Xbox games showcase:

Over 20 games coming to Xbox Game Pass

One of the biggest overarching news at the ID@Xbox event was that over 20 of the shown-off games are launching on Xbox Game Pass. You can check out the full list of games launching into Xbox Game Pass below.

Rust: Console Edition (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One) - May 21, 2021

You can watch the Rust: Console Edition trailer on YouTube.

At the ID@Xbox games showcase, we got another gameplay trailer for Rust: Console Edition. Rust revealed that pre-orders for Deluxe and Ultimate Editions will include 3-day early access and entrance to an upcoming beta for the game alongside the new trailer. Finally, Rust is now available for pre-order with a release date of May 21, 2021.

Song of Iron (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, & PC) - 2021

Song of Iron is one of the most interesting and exciting games coming through ID@Xbox. At the ID@Xbox games showcase event, Song of Iron got a brand-new nailbiting trailer showing off new magic and Viking action. Song of Iron is heading to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2021.

Last Oasis (Xbox Series X|S & Xbox One) - March 26, 2021

The Last Oasis is an incredibly unique game that has players build up a huge ship-like base that explores a dangerous and scorching desert. Last Oasis got a new trailer at the ID@Xbox showcase that showed a wide variety of terrifying enemies, combat between different bases, and a massive sandworm that looks like it can devour any but the largest bases. Last Oasis was shadow dropped at the ID@Xbox showcase, and is available for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One right now in Game Preview!

Death's Door (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, & PC) - Summer 2021

Death's Door is an upcoming indie hit from Devolver Digital that draws inspiration from the popular Zelda series. This top-down action-adventure game got a new trailer at the ID@Xbox games showcase. Beyond that, our own Miles Dompier sat down for an interview with Death's Door developers to discuss the game and why it could be a big hit for Xbox. Death's Door is currently slated to release sometime in Summer 2021.

Second Extinction (Xbox Series X|S Optimized, Xbox One, & PC) - April 28, 2021

Second Extinction showed off a new gameplay trailer at the ID@Xbox showcase. Witness some dino-exploding action for this upcoming co-op shooter, which has a chance to be one of the most fun games on Xbox. During the event, Second Extinction also revealed that it's heading to Xbox Game Pass and launching for Xbox in Game Preview on April 28, 2021. Mark your calendars; the second extinction of the dinosaurs is coming.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 (Xbox Series X|S Optimized, Xbox Cloud Gaming & PC) - 2021

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 was a bit of an oddball at the ID@Xbox showcase, forgoing releasing a new trailer to instead show off some of the textures and models coming in the game. See everyday things like character models and shiny guns, and then a bit of a weird moment that features the custom tooth tool present in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. We still don't have a definitive release date for this upcoming (and much-anticipated) title, but it's coming to Xbox Series X|S and PC sometime in 2021 and will launch into Xbox Game Pass for Xbox and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
