Ace Attorney Trilogy suits up for Xbox One in 2019 (update)

Updated January 17, 2019: According to a Microsoft Store listing, Ace Attorney may launch on February 21 or February 22 on Xbox One.

Ace Attorney is an absolute sensation on various devices like the iPhone and Nintendo 3DS, but the Xbox One has been left out for quite some time now. However, that changed today because Capcom announced that the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy is coming to the console in early 2019. Ace Attorney Trilogy comes with the original three games. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations are all part of the package.

Ace Attorney Trilogy is also going to be available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The iPhone version is a free-to-play experience, but the collection will probably cost a couple of bucks on consoles.

The Ace Attorney series is composed of visual novel adventures. You play as a defense attorney who has to get your clients off the hook. Each game consists of various episodes and even stranger cases. The goal is to collect evidence and prove that your clients are innocent. Usually your clients have been framed by someone else, so you have to find the real culprit.

Ace Attorney has a huge following in Japan, but it's impact in the West is unclear. Are you interested in the game? Let us know. A lot of gamers have been waiting for the chance to play them on consoles, and that time will be here sooner rather than later.
