Fallout 76 now available to preload on Xbox One

Fallout 76 is gearing up to launch on November 14, and Xbox One players can now prepare to hit the wasteland from minute one. The game is now available to preload on Xbox One, allowing those who preordered to download the game ahead of launch day.

Fallout 76 represents a first for the franchise, expanding from a solo-only adventure to a vast multiplayer journey. The game can still be played alone, but players will be able to team up together as they take on quests, build settlements, and pepper each other with some light, optional player-versus-player combat. Other than the new multiplayer bits, Fallout 76 still comes with the heavy role-playing elements that players have come to expect from the series.

If you already preordered Fallout 76 through the Microsoft Store, you should be able to preload your game now. Otherwise, preorders are still open, starting at $60.
