Chorus is officially joining the list of upcoming Xbox games arriving this year, as its newly released overview trailer also finally reveals its release date. Chorus, the action-packed space dogfighting game from publisher Deep Silver and developer FISHLABS, officially releases for most modern gaming platforms on Dec. 3, 2021. If you're interested in what this dark and broody game has to offer, Chorus is also now available for preorder, with an exclusive cosmetic set up for grabs if you close the deal.

You can check out the new trailer, look at some beautiful screenshots from Chorus, and preorder the game below.

Chorus is a gorgeous indie game that follows the journey of space-bound fugitive Nara and her seemingly intelligent starfighter, Forsaken. You'll have to engage in plenty of fast-paced space combat across a variety of environements to come out on top in Chorus. Chorus looks great in trailers and screenshots we've seen so far, but we'll have to wait until release day to truly know if Deep Silver and deliver another winner, this time with engaging dogfighting gameplay.

If you're interested in preordering Chorus to play it the moment it launches, it's now available to do so. Preordering Chorus earns you "The Elder Armor" cosmetic pack, which apparently alludes to the main character's past and can be applied to your ship and all three starter weapons.

Chorus officially releases on Dec. 3, 2021 for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PlayStation, PC, and Google Stadia. The title will be Xbox Series X|S Optimized, supporting increased visuals and performance at up to 4K resolution and 60 FPS. In case you missed it, the Chorus developer has previously mentioned how easy it is to develop for Xbox Series X|S.
